Warranty
Labor Warranty: We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on all our labor. In the unlikely event that any issues arise due to improper installation, we will promptly address and resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
Parts Warranty: Labor warranty does not cover any parts, as the warranty for parts is provided by the manufacturer.
Parts Provided by Customer: We do not offer a warranty on any parts supplied by the customer. Any issues arising from these parts are not covered under our labor warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to address any issues related to these parts, including contacting the manufacturer for resolution. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any additional labor costs incurred due to issues with customer-supplied parts.
Ring Products and Services: One-Year Limited Warranty for Ring Devices. Any concerns related to Ring products, including app features, account settings, billing, plans, and devices, are covered by Ring's warranty and support. Customers are responsible for contacting Ring directly for these issues. We do not have access to account holder's sensitive information nor control over any cloud features that may result in issues such as loss of internet service or poor cell signal.
